Auszug aus der Berechtsamsdatenbank bezüglich der gültigen Bergbau-Berechtigungen nach §3 Bundesberggesetz (BBergG) vom 13. August 1980 (BGBl. I S. 1310) in der jeweils gültigen Fassung. Der Datensatz enthält Sachinformationen zu Art der Bergbauberechtigung, Feldesname, Berechtigungsnummer, Laufzeit, Bodenschatz und Inhaber.

Die Geodaten der Bergbauberechtigungen besitzen keinen rechtsverbindlichen Charakter im Sinne einer bergbehördlich ausgestellten Auskunft aus dem Berechtsamswesen.
