INSPIRE-WFS ST AM, Bergbauberechtigungen
Im Thema Bewirtschaftungsgebiete, Berichterstattungseinheiten werden in einem Auszug aus der Berechtsamsdatenbank alle gültigen Bergbau-Berechtigungen nach §3 Bundesberggesetz (BBergG) vom 13. August 1980 (BGBl. I S. 1310) in der jeweils gültigen Fassung bereitgestellt. Der Datensatz enthält Aufsuchungs- und Gebiete mit Bergbauberechtigungen, Angaben zur Art der Berechtigung nach Bundesberggesetz sowie den Umweltbereich.
Die Geodaten der Bergbauberechtigungen besitzen keinen rechtsverbindlichen Charakter im Sinne einer bergbehördlich ausgestellten Auskunft aus dem Berechtsamswesen.
