INSPIRE-WMS ST AM, Bergbauberechtigungen
Im Thema Bewirtschaftungsgebiete, Berichterstattungseinheiten werden in einem Auszug aus der Berechtsamsdatenbank alle gültigen Bergbau-Berechtigungen nach §3 Bundesberggesetz (BBergG) vom 13. August 1980 (BGBl. I S. 1310) in der jeweils gültigen Fassung bereitgestellt. Der Datensatz enthält Aufsuchungs- und Gebiete mit Bergbauberechtigungen, Angaben zur Art der Berechtigung nach Bundesberggesetz.
Die Geodaten der Bergbauberechtigungen besitzen keinen rechtsverbindlichen Charakter im Sinne einer bergbehördlich ausgestellten Auskunft aus dem Berechtsamswesen.
