INSPIRE Data Set: PlannedLandUse / Regionalplan Sachlicher Teilplan Rohstoffsicherung der Region Prignitz-Oberhavel

Der interoperable INSPIRE-Datensatz beinhaltet Daten der Regionalen Planungsgemeinschaft Prignitz.Oberhavel über den rechtswirksamen Regionalplan sachlicher Teilrplan Rohstoffsicherung der Region Prignitz.Oberhavel (Rechtsverordnung v. 28.11.2012), transformiert in das INSPIRE-Schema PlannedLandUse.

Der Plan beinhaltet Vorrang- und Vorbehaltsgebiete für die oberflächennahen Rohstoffe zur Sicherung von Kiesen, Sanden, Tonen und Torf vor entgegenstehenden Nutzungen in der Region. Die Region umfasst die Landkreise Prignitz, Ostprignitz-Ruppin und Oberhavel. Der Datensatz wird über je einen interoperablen Darstellungs- und Downloaddienst bereitgestellt.

The compliant INSPIRE data set contains data about Priority and reservation areas for near-surface raw materials of the Prignitz.Oberhavel region (legal ordinance of November 28,2012) from the regional planning community Prignitz.Oberhavel , transformed into the INSPIRE annex schema PlannedLandUse. The plan controls the securing of gravel, sand, clay and peat in the region. The region includes the districts of Prignitz, Ostprignitz-Ruppin and Oberhavel. The data set is provided via compliant view and download services.
