Darstellungsdienst für den Flächennutzungsplan der Stadt Braunschweig.Der Flächennutzungsplan als "Vorbereitender Bauleitplan" der Stadt Braunschweig stellt die beabsichtigte Bodennutzung für das gesamte Stadtgebiet in Grundzügen dar. Mit seinen Inhalten bildet er die Grundlage für detailliertere Festsetzungen in einzelnen Teilbereichen der Stadt, den "verbindlichen Bauleitplänen" (Bebauungsplan).
